Payment and Shipping

Payment method

We currently offer the payment methods “payment on account”, credit card (via Stripe) and PayPal.

Upon request, we will be happy to provide you as an institutional buyer with an invoice offer with individual payment terms and special conditions. Please send us an email to sales@emst150.eu stating your VAT ID.

Shipping and delivery

We ship with DHL as an insured package to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria as well as many other EU countries. You can select international shipping in the checkout process.

For larger order quantities, we may have to adjust the shipping costs. The delivery time is usually up to 5 working days plus transit times. In exceptional cases, however, this can also deviate from this. If there are any delivery bottlenecks, you will be informed in good time.

Shipping costs (each via DHL as an insured package) depending on weight:

Shipping within Germany:

up to 2kg: €6.90 (approx. 1-10 pieces)

2 to 5 kg: €6.90 (11-48 pieces)

5 to 10kg: €7.90 (>48 pieces)

Shipping to other EU countries:

up to 2kg: €12.90 (approx. 1-10 pieces)

2 to 5 kg: €14.90 (11-48 pieces)

5 to 10kg: €19.90 (>48 pieces)

Weight will be calculated at check-out. Every shipment is insured up to €500 via DHL and receives a tracking number. Further shipping insurance is available upon request!

Shipping to Switzerland

Due to changes in Swiss medical product legislation, we can only sell to "specialised personnel", i.e. medical institutions and qualified therapists. No German sales tax will be shown on the invoice. Please note that taxes and customs duties are incurred by the customer, the amount of which we cannot provide any information on. We also ask for your understanding that we can only dispatch orders of 10 or more to Switzerland due to the increased costs involved.
